By choosing the whole pig selection you will get the best flavor possible. We are the magicians in Pig BBQ. The Pigs are from local farms and are humanely raised, which make for the freshest, most delicious and tender pork you have ever eaten. We bring our MOBILE PIG ROASTER right to your event. The pigs start roasting at our place and continue along the way, long and slow for twelve hours and finished to perfection right before service. Of course we will carve it for you, and pricing includes service, plates, flatware, napkins, and sauces.

Q. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE EVENT SPACE? A SITE FEE if WE COME TO FRANCHETTIS’? A. No, there is no site fee, only a minimum charge depending on the day/time.

Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CHARGE?
A. For The Entire Restaurant and Patio the Minimum Is $3,500 For Lunch; $4,500 For Dinner.
B. For Non-Profit Organizations Fundraisers & Special Events, on Monday & Tuesday Nights is $1,500.
C. The Minimum Charge For Off-Site Catering Is $1,500

Q. IS THERE A SET-UP FEE? A. No, unless you require us to move our normal set-up into something else.

Q. ARE ALL THE LABOR FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?
A. Yes, all the labor fees for a 5-hour event or less are included. Any event where our team members are needed for a longer time will incur a labor fee of $40 per hour per staff member. For example, a typical wedding takes 11 hours, so there will be labor fees to apply for the additional 6 hours.

Q. WHAT ABOUT A PICK-UP EVENT? CAN WE JUST COME TO YOUR PLACE AND PICK UP A PARTY?
A. Of course, and then the minimums do not apply! We just need 4 days advance notice for any order for more than 20 people. We will supply the food, and high-quality disposable plates and flatware and napkins too!

Q. HOW MANY GUESTS DOES YOUR SPACE ACCOMMODATE?
A. Comfortably 80. Maximum 110 in a cocktail party style set-up.

Q. IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR BOOKING, AND IF SO, HOW IS THAT HANDLED?
A. A signed agreement and a $250 deposit is required to hold the date, along with valid credit card on file.

Q. SO DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY RENTALS LIKE LINENS, FLATWARE, CHINA, OR TABLES AND CHAIRS?
A. No, all of that is included in our pricing at Franchettis’ kitchen, unless you request special items. B. For catering at your place, there is a charge for rentals if your site does not include them.

Q. WHAT TYPES OF BAR SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
A. We can provide no-host bars where guests pay for their own drinks, or hosted bars where you, as the host, pay for all drinks. We do not allow outside food and beverages to be brought in to our facility since we have the responsibility for our liquor and food handling permits.
B. For offsite catering we can provide services only as limited by the restrictions of your chosen site.

Q. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR LIQUOR SERVICE?
A. Beverage packages are as follows, and include all non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, iced tea, lemonade and fountain drinks. Prices are the same here or off-site. house selection of beer and wine. One hour $14. Two hours $20. Three hours $30. Additional half-hour increments $5 premium selection beer and wine. One hour $18. Q. IS DÉCOR PROVIDED?
A. At Franchettis’ kitchen we can provide simple décor for your tables such as votive candles and other place-appropriate things. Ask us when you are here for your site visit.

Q. DO YOU ALLOW CANDLES?
A. Only votives or other candles where the flame is behind glass.

Q. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING AT YOUR EVENT SITE?
A. We need to finalize the details of your event 10 business days prior to your event, which includes selection of your menu, timeline, room set-up. The final count, OR GUARANTEE, is due to us no later than FOUR (4) business prior to your event.

Q. DO YOU HAVE PARKING AT YOUR SITE?
A. Yes, we do!

Q. WHAT ABOUT TIPPING, GRATUITIES, SERVICE CHARGES AND THE LIKE?
A. For events at Franchettis’ Kitchen an automatic 18% service charge plus tax will be added to the bill.
B. For off-site events, the service charge is included. However, a gratuity for the staff to share is always appreciated although not mandatory. Some calculations will be shown on the bottom of your invoice.

Q. WE ARE PLANNING AN AFTER-WEDDING BRUNCH ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR A LARGE GROUP WITH SOME KIND OF SPECIAL AREA IN YOUR RESTAURANT?
A. Yes we do! We can accommodate groups up to 50 people in a special area at Franchettis’ kitchen. Just ask us for details.
